3. Service Description
Cash Lab provides automated trading bot services for Forex markets. Our service includes:
AI-powered trading algorithms
24/7 automated trading execution
Risk management tools
Performance analytics and reporting
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the security of your trading accounts
Monitoring your trading activities
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Understanding the risks involved in automated trading
5. Performance Fee and Payment
Cash Lab provides the service on a performance-fee basis and does not charge a subscription fee. No performance fee is collected in advance. When eligible realized trading profit is generated, the client retains 70% and Cash Lab receives 30% as its performance fee. If no eligible realized trading profit is generated, no performance fee is due. The final client agreement defines calculation periods, settlement timing, eligible realized profit, loss treatment, and any exclusions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cash Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
